Summary

• Expands the communications module docs to cover the v0.17 unified email/push/SMS module
• Documents Admin API paths at /email, /push, and /sms (not /pushNotifications)
• Adds EmailTemplate vs CommunicationTemplate guidance, orchestrator /send/multiple and /send/fallback routes, templateName semantics, grpc-sdk aliases, config keys, and v0.16 migration steps

Test plan

• Preview docs page at /docs/modules/communications
• Verify internal links (migration guide, GitOps state export, chat, authentication)
• Confirm Admin API route tables match modules/communications/src/admin/index.ts
