docs(web): expand router and functions module pages

Summary

• Expand router docs: Hermes client proxy flow, socket transport (/realtime), transport toggles (rest/graphql/sockets only — no legacy transports.proxy), global middleware, hostUrl, and Admin API route-inspection endpoints.
• Expand functions docs: all six function types, VM sandbox (timeout + require allowlist), PUT→UPDATE route mapping, BullMQ cron scheduling, Client vs Admin API surfaces, and execution logging.

Test plan

• Preview docs site — /docs/modules/router and /docs/modules/functions render MDX components
• Verify internal links resolve (chat, database, client-vs-admin-api)
• Confirm agent_summary frontmatter is present on both pages
