Welcome to the Github-stats-saver wiki!

This is a small tool to store metrics about software provided by repositories (specially in those package in scientific fields), some of which is only stored in the servers for a few weeks. The goal of this tool is to provide temporal series about de downloads, stars, clones, and in general the main metrics the service provide.

Right now, suported repositories are:

• Github: Number of Downloads, clones, pages visited, referrals and in general, anything that can be accesse via the API, which is usually limited to 15 days
• Dockerhub: Pulls and stars of an image
• (Bio)Conda: Downloads of a package

Repositories in progress are:

• Cran:
• Bioconductor: Downloads per month

Future posibilities include:
