AR2M first release

This is a fully usable and very stable release setup. There are a few things to iron out in the code and to also clean up to make it more user friendly but just wanted to get this out.

For the Arduino code you will need the Arduino MIDI library https://github.com/FortySevenEffects/arduino_midi_library
Not the MIDI USB library

For the example VCV patch you will need:

• VCV Rack 2 itself, I would recommend getting used to VCV Rack and make your own patches before doing this project https://vcvrack.com/
