Pitch bend on main ribbon

This pre-release has added support for pitch bending in the main position ribbon.

This works as follows:

1. No pitch bending will happen for a short period of time upon playing a note
2. After that short period, pitch bending is enabled and when done so a pitch bend offset will be generated from when pitch bending was activated
3. There is a limiter (which has its own problems) which prevents you from going over the next or previous notes (This works for all notes except notes that don't have a sharp next to. For example, in a key of C from notes E to F the limiter will go past F and into F# which is not a key in C)
4. There is a smoother but this doesn't work in my head anymore which is the key reason of this being a pre-release.

On pin 10 there is now support for an LED to help identify when pitch bending is activated.
You can also enable/disable pitch bending entirely by pressing the right button on the MIDI shield (pin 2).
