Code clean up

This release retains the functionality of the pitch bending in note from the last pre-release but it is now off by default.
It can still be turned on either by pressing the left button on the MIDI shield or by changing inNotePitch to true in the code.
Due to limitations of MIDI it never sounded right unfortunately.
Some unused code has also now been removed.
