Music Logic vastly improved

• Rewrote the logic behind how notes are detected, turned on/off
  • This has fixed one of the longest known bugs in the program where the controller somehow gets stuck with a note on
• Fixed some issues with the previous release where not every feature was being restricted to one channel if you had that option enabled
• Many optimisation/bug fixes
