What's new

• Scan tab: check an unfamiliar project for malicious code before you run it. Normal mode uses rules only; Advanced mode adds a local Ollama model that reviews medium alerts and can never clear a high one.
• In-app updates: copies installed with the new Setup update themselves (Update and restart).

Installing

Run LintelAI-win-Setup.exe. The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn.
Copies installed with the old v1.0.0 installer cannot update in place; install this Setup once, after that updates are automatic.

First release of Lintel AI, a desktop code reviewer powered by a local Ollama model.

Requirements

• Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
• Ollama with at least one model pulled, e.g. ollama pull qwen2.5-coder:7b

Install

Download LintelAI-Setup-1.0.0.exe and run it. No admin rights needed, and no .NET install required.

Windows SmartScreen may warn because the installer is not code-signed. Click More info > Run anyway.
