Package can't travel an unloaded conveyor line even when both ends are chunkloaded #7990

Description

@Ramelstag

Description

Hi, i was rather sad when during testing i found out that the packages on a conveyor could not travel through unloaded chunks like the trains could, and i thought they could, as it is a very similar system. but when asking about it in the discord server, i was told by IThundxr that it should work.
the test consisted of, going in a superflat world, making a really long conveyor line and setting the simulation distance to the minimum, and only loading the two end points, aka the two chunks where the two frogports were located
