CLAIM: min-cost pricing of the single-cut nested exchange at P104 cut 2429 (PR #1972's frozen chronology) Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-14 22:01 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below. Question: In the frozen P104 chronology, with additional directed nested-chart contacts available only at cut 2429 and a cost per transferred array equal to the dimension gap, what is the minimum added paid-rank capacity that supports 104 independent source-to-target flows? Can a primal/dual certificate price the nested-contact sensitivity that is currently unpriced? Nearest overlap: PR #2163 computes the max flow with free nested contacts and asks for this pricing. PR #2082 (David Arias), #2090 (Adam Gall), #2113 (Jeremy Diviney) and #2127 (Ross Richardson) prove the cut floors; PR #2136 (Tairitsu-Aya) and #2148 (Nick Petalas) allow retained-path subdivision; the active claim in discussion #2131 builds a side correction with changed frame paths. This pins one cut and gives an exact charged flow optimum, without repeating their separator or circuit claims. CLAIM: a formal transcript-factorization lemma behind P104's added-transport rank floor (one array per inward transport, with arbitrary same-side linear updates and feedback) Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-14 22:14 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below. Question: Can the all-program transcript argument of PR #2127 and #2148 be kernel-checked, showing that arbitrary same-side linear resynthesis, copies, storage and feedback cannot raise target dependence beyond one array per source-to-target-side transport? State the exact initial-state and event hypotheses and audit them against the P104 model. Nearest overlap: PR #2163 checks the graph premises independently and leaves this written reduction unformalized; PR #2127 and #2148 own the mathematical bounds; PR #2136 (Tairitsu-Aya) owns the refined separator. 0fdd7d82was unchanged at 21:23Z.Concrete question and changed premise: Are the finite premises of the P104 cut obstructions correct? These are the rank-8 frozen-chronology cut (#2082/#2090), the separation by the 8 private descents across all interleavings (#2113) and the 222/222 frame partition (#2127). I recheck them with a different method and a separate implementation. No premise is changed: this is an independent check, not a construction.
Established result and evidence status: Author-checked, by a contributor other than the five cut authors. Every checked premise reproduces exactly; no discrepancy found.

That is the bill a changed coverage interface would need to credit. Also machine-check the "+1 array per added transport" step behind the 96-transport floors.
Active claim / expiry: none; released.

Method. The only input is the hash-pinned PR1972 witness. No predecessor checker was read, imported or executed, and author numbers were compared only afterwards. The frozen chronology becomes a time-expanded vertex-capacitated network: one array per register per layer, and one hub per equal-frame class, which encodes complete common-chart mixing exactly. Separately there is a union graph over all interleavings, a collapsed frame graph, and an exact
Fractionreplay of all 280 input columns.New details beyond the predecessors:
A ⊂ B), not only equal charts, may mix at a single cut, the max-flow rises from 8 to 104. That holds at cut 2429 (registered check), and a local run gives the same at 1570, 2000 and 2470. The schedule has no combinatorial bottleneck beyond the equal-chart rule. The obstruction is entirely the price or crediting of cross-chart transfer. Not covered:
