v0.2.11
- The agent skills show the exact command for every operation the agent runs or proposes, in its own code block, ready to paste into a terminal, even when the agent runs it itself. For an MCP call the agent shows the tool and the request. Only the command lines are shown, and a CSV edit is given as file and cells, followed by the command that uses it. The
AGENTS.mdthatsetup.shwrites carries the same rule, and an unedited AGENTS.md updates on the next run. - Preconfig reference docs record two lab results (ECOS 9.7.1): Orchestrator stores a preconfig as sent and applies link aggregation before deployment whatever the YAML order; and an empty
linkAggregationGroupslist, with or withoutisForceDelete, does not delete an existing bond.
v0.2.10
setup.sh(identical in all three repositories) keeps anAGENTS.mdit wrote up to date. A file you never edited is updated in place, including one written by an earlier release, and the run says "updated (you had not edited it)". A file you edited is kept, and the new text goes toAGENTS.md.new. The fingerprint of what setup.sh wrote lives in.AGENTS.md.setup-sha256.- The last screen states the MCP server's state plainly: local (with its launcher), Docker (with the guide link), not installed (and the answer that installs it), or not part of this install.
v0.2.9
setup.sh(identical in all three repositories) asks for your agents once, from a table of 20, and uses that answer for every picked skill (installed or not) and for the MCP server.- The local MCP server is added through
add-mcp(tool calls are never auto-approved), and each agent's settings file is printed. Devin goes throughdevin mcp add; other agents get a snippet to paste. Codex goes into the folder when you choose the folder. - When you choose the folder, each agent that keeps MCP servers only for the whole user account (Windsurf, Cline, Goose, Antigravity, Claude Desktop) is asked y/n. With
--yesthose agents are skipped, and their commands are listed on the last screen. - A
--yesre-run never replaces an existingedgeconnectMCP entry unless you also pass--mcp stdio. - The last screen shows how to fill in
.envfor what you picked. - Fixes the 1.2.7 claim that Codex keeps MCP servers only for the user.
v0.2.8
setup.sh(identical in all three repositories) can install the MCP server: when you pick repository 3 it asks local (stdio), Docker over HTTPS (it prints the install guide), or no. A local server runs from<install folder>/bin/edgeconnect-mcpwith the shared.envand is added to the agents you choose: Claude Code and Codex through their ownmcp add, other apps by printing the config to paste. One location answer covers both the skills and the MCP server. New options:--mcp stdio|docker|no,--mcp-agents claude-code,codex,other.
v0.2.7
setup.sh(identical in all three repositories) first shows a bordered table of the three repositories, with what each does and the skill it installs, and installs only the ones you pick:1,3orall(the default);--reposanswers without a prompt. Picking only the MCP repository installs its guide skill, with no Python environment or.env. The MCP server itself is never installed.- Version 0.2.7.
