Proactive alerts

BPS now tells you when a watched site degrades, instead of waiting for you to open the dashboard.

• A Windows tray balloon pops when a watched destination's verdict changes on a background monitor run: degraded, bottleneck, or recovered.
• Anti-nag by design: alerts fire only on changes, seed silently on first sight, and an ok→warn→bad escalation reports each new level once while flapping inside one episode stays quiet.
• Watched hosts only — ad-hoc traces never buzz.

(Hub-side email/Teams alerting on correlated fleet events ships separately on the server.)

Install

EV-signed — no Defender/SmartScreen exclusions needed.
