BPS v0.9.0 - Burika glass redesign

Complete visual overhaul using the exact design tokens from burika.co.za — and the first EV-signed release.

Code signing (new)
Both downloads are now Authenticode-signed by BURIKA DATACENTRE SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD (Certum EV, RFC-3161 timestamped). EV signatures carry instant SmartScreen reputation, so the browser 'virus detected' block and the Defender false positives are gone — no exclusions needed on client machines anymore.

The look

• Space-navy page (#0A0E1A) with ambient brand-blue glows
• Glassmorphism cards: translucent surfaces, hairline borders, backdrop blur
• Inter typography, gradient BPS wordmark, brand version chip
• Brand-blue glowing focus rings, gradient Run button, iOS-style Live-mode switch
• Animated status ping + progress hairline under the header while tracing
• Glowing green/amber/red health pills
• Dark-themed path SVG (brand-blue healthy nodes) — the report keeps its light printable SVG via a new theme system
• Geographic map on CARTO dark tiles with a brand-blue path line, dark tooltips
• Report frame matches: glass header with brand hairline, Inter, same tokens; cards stay light and the print fallback is untouched

Fixes

• Dashboard poll loop no longer dies on a single transient fetch failure mid-trace (retries with backoff)
• New /logo.png server route: header mark + favicon always match the tray icon
