Architecture decision records addendum
The live Wiki was read through its Git repository on 10 September 2026. ADR-0001–0015 are preserved, with explicit owner addenda where needed. Architecture-decision-records is the current index. ADR-0016–0028 follow the approved topic allocation and are accepted direction, implementation pending. Source provenance is recorded in each ADR; the original draft numbering in the archived packages is historical.
Publish the reviewed sources without inventing new numbers or replacing historical decisions. Post-beta-master-baseline governs current sequencing and acceptance.
