SPARCALViewer study packages for the NCCE cohort (15 sections) and OVAR_P5. Every self-contained archive contains the current merged SPARCAL SNV matrix, Visium spatial assets, and per-spot UMI coverage. NCCE packages also include preloaded CopyKAT and cell-type profiles; no OVAR_P5 tumor or cell-type annotation was supplied. The accompanying manifests record package checksums and dimensions.
