Bug fixes and reliability improvements

• UTF-16 SVG file support: SVG files saved in UTF-16 encoding now work
  when dragged to the widow, menu-bar panel, or from AppleScript.
• Serialized pulls: Prevents race conditions when triggering multiple pull
  operations concurrently. Keynote pull requests now serialize to avoid parallel
  AppleScript streams.
• Crop accuracy: Clipboard pulls and chart fallbacks now correctly apply
  cropping when Ghostscript or mutool is available, eliminating uncropped PDFs.
• Responsive UI during menus: Clipboard watcher timer now stays active while
  menus and modal dialogs are open, keeping button states current.
