Codex94 4.1.2 (26) keeps the last accepted Claude usage report visible after its quota windows expire.

• The popover and Dashboard show Last usage record, with the original remaining/used percentages, source time and report age.
• Current quota unknown clearly separates these historical values from current quota. Menu-bar and floating main values remain unknown; Auto, notifications and reset scheduling do not use history.
• Native tooltip/accessibility text and expanded floating details show the previous record. The floating status says Last record instead of implying a refresh failure.
• No-record states remain neutral. Account-context invalidation, pending-report confirmation and late-result protections remain in place.

This release rereads existing reports. It does not fetch new cloud usage, add a history database, enable CLI reading or resume OAuth. Optional CLI reading remains off by default and retains its quota-consumption warning.

Codex94 4.1.1 (25) improves Claude local-cache reliability and refresh clarity.

• Isolate observed account changes and lost cache contexts from old backup reports and late CLI results. The first report after recovery establishes a notification baseline. A report confirmation applies only to the report originally shown.
• Fall back to a usable report when a newer report's windows have expired, without inventing new data or sending recovery alerts from an older observation.
• Recover rejected future timestamps even when the cache file is unchanged, and reject abnormal local files without blocking on FIFOs.
• Reuse file-reading and percentage-validation helpers, parse statusline input once, and avoid redundant UI publications while retaining expiry checks.
• Explain local re-reading versus Claude Code's fetch time, separate scheduled CLI reading from the one-time action, and show what Auto selected.

CLI reading remains optional and off by default. Its one-time and scheduled paths can consume Tokens and subscription quota. This update does not add OAuth, a new quota service, or a new cache schema.

Claude monitoring now reads Claude Code's own local plan-usage cache (~/.claude.json, cachedUsageUtilization) as the primary source, read-only and without credentials; the status-line connection is the backup and the optional CLI /usage read stays default-off as the last option. Dashboard → Services gains Read once with the CLI, per-model weekly limits (for example Fable) appear as extra Claude quota buckets, the card shows the source and the Claude Code fetch time, and the diagnostics export gains a claudeLocalCache line. The unpublished 4.0.2 (23) changes are included: UserNotifications callback safety, separate Dashboard service cards, compact popover rows, a content-fitted popover and tidier single-service menu-bar items. Codex behavior is unchanged.

• Add optional Claude Code Pro/Max quota monitoring alongside Codex. Codex stays enabled by default; Claude is opt-in.

• Use passive local statusline reports as the default Claude source. Codex94 does not start Claude Code or send model prompts to obtain these reports. Values arrive through normal Claude Code use and can remain old or unknown while it is idle.

• Keep CLI /usage as a separate, default-off option with an explicit warning about possible Token and subscription-quota consumption. It is never enabled by an error or used as automatic fallback.

• Identify sources and original report times. Account identity cannot be verified from statusline data; another reporting session requires explicit adoption. Repeated cache reads do not become “just refreshed,” and expired windows do not become 100%.

• Choose one or two menu-bar items and an independent floating-window provider. Existing Codex Token charts, exports and read-only reset counts remain available.

Passive monitoring makes no claim to verify account identity or guarantee the total consumption of Claude itself.

• Cached quota shows its failure reason and the next scheduled automatic attempt. Fixed failure-stage timings improve diagnosis without logging responses or account details.

• Local candidate: over 50 minutes and 10 scheduled background successes without a menu/manual trigger. Across launch and those background cycles, four quota stages took just over five seconds. The installed final CI App also recovered a natural quota timeout via its scheduled retry without a menu click.
• All four hosted UI scenarios and Actions/Python/Swift CodeQL passed. Controlled outage coverage verifies exactly four attempts, no fifth retry beyond 60 seconds, and closed-popover recovery after a service failure lasting at least 31 seconds.

• Render colored menu-bar content through the native status-button image path. Refresh stays blue; cached/Stale status uses an independent amber clock, with clearer freshness tooltips. The maintainer confirmed the reported Spaces-switching color flash is resolved on the tested Mac.

Diagnostics show the recognized bundled path while continuing to redact custom paths.

Fixes

• Remove the unavailable 5-hour placeholder from weekly-only floating quota data and use a 480 × 90 logical-point strip.
• Keep 680 × 90 for quota groups that actually report a 5-hour window, including 0%. Availability is based on returned data, so weekly-only Pro and other accounts receive the compact layout.
• Preserve normal typography, pin/expand/drag and subtle manual refresh. The same panel adapts after cached data, refreshes and quota selection changes without an extra request. Expanded height stays 132 points and screen fitting remains enforced.
• Exclude Git's administrative pointer from local worktree scans, preserving source/history credential and privacy checks.

The exact final-main CI run passed the test/package gate (345 executed, 1 skipped, 0 failures), all four external UI scenarios and DMG attestation. Actions/Python/Swift CodeQL passed for the same frozen commit.

Native floating tests verify 480 → 680 → 480, complete removal of the absent 5-hour node, unchanged request/cache counts, the same panel and position, pin/drag/expand/hide/reopen, and failure retaining cached data. Synthetic screenshots were reviewed; a real reported 0% remains a window. The optional hosted key-window focus check remains skipped, not passed. Cross-app keyboard focus, Spaces and fullscreen are not separately claimed as verified; Recovery retains its instrumented click-only limits.

The installed App's complete file/mode manifest, both-architecture signature and running executable were verified against the CI artifact. The desktop inspection connection was unavailable, so no additional local visual/manual acceptance is claimed. The 3.1.0 App was preserved for rollback, with quarantine and Gatekeeper unchanged. Fresh-account first-launch Gatekeeper acceptance remains unverified.

The DMG is unsigned/unnotarized; the enclosed App is ad-hoc signed with Hardened Runtime. GitHub build attestation proves workflow/source provenance, not Apple Developer ID trust. Existing reset counts remain read-only, and update installation remains manual.

What’s new

• A horizontal floating quota strip with both quota windows, pin/drag/expand/hide controls, and a subdued last-updated label that reveals manual refresh on hover or focus.
• Read-only available reset credits and a Dashboard shortcut in the expanded strip. Refreshing never redeems a reset credit.
• Custom Token date intervals with reported daily average, interval peak, coverage, and comparison with the preceding equal-length interval. Missing dates are not zero; percentage comparison requires complete intervals and a valid nonzero baseline.
• PNG export and explicit Copy chart image preserve the selected range, chart style, language, appearance, fetched time and stale-data disclosure. CSV follows the selected interval.

The final-main CI run passed the full test/package gate (340 executed, 1 skipped, 0 failures), Display, Recovery, Token usage and Floating scenarios, and DMG attestation. Actions/Python/Swift CodeQL passed for the same frozen commit. The optional hosted key-window focus test was skipped because its host could not establish its own key window; panel lifecycle is tested separately.

Synthetic screenshots were reviewed in English/Chinese and light/dark themes. Native PNG/CSV save panels were opened and cancelled; the general clipboard was not accessed. Pending retry disables image actions while retaining existing data. Recovery retains its existing instrumented click-only acceptance limits.

The installed App's file/mode manifest, both-architecture signature and running executable were verified against the CI DMG. The local desktop inspection connection was unavailable, so no additional local visual/manual acceptance is claimed. Direct custom-date field editing is not covered by the external runner.

• Reuse date formatters safely across locales. Retire old Token clients in the background during reset, and drain their cleanup when quitting.

• Reject invalid development-script arguments before stopping an App. Document component ownership for future development.

Recovery clicks use an instrumented diagnostic copy; keyboard, AXPress and full tooltip acceptance remain separate. No new manual maintainer UI test is claimed for this maintenance release; synthetic evidence is specific to this revision.
