Claude monitoring now reads Claude Code's own local plan-usage cache (~/.claude.json, cachedUsageUtilization) as the primary source, read-only and without credentials; the status-line connection is the backup and the optional CLI /usage read stays default-off as the last option. Dashboard → Services gains Read once with the CLI, per-model weekly limits (for example Fable) appear as extra Claude quota buckets, the card shows the source and the Claude Code fetch time, and the diagnostics export gains a claudeLocalCache line. The unpublished 4.0.2 (23) changes are included: UserNotifications callback safety, separate Dashboard service cards, compact popover rows, a content-fitted popover and tidier single-service menu-bar items. Codex behavior is unchanged.
Claude 监控现在优先读取 Claude Code 自己的本地用量缓存（~/.claude.json 中的 cachedUsageUtilization），只读、不触碰凭据；状态栏连接作为备援，可选的 CLI /usage 读取仍默认关闭并作为最后选项。服务页新增用 CLI 刷新一次按钮，按模型的周限额（例如 Fable）作为额外的 Claude 额度桶展示，卡片标明来源与 Claude Code 取数时间，诊断导出新增 claudeLocalCache 一行。同时包含未发布的 4.0.2 (23) 改动：通知回调线程安全、总览独立服务卡片、弹窗紧凑行、弹窗按内容收紧以及更简洁的单服务菜单栏项。Codex 行为不变。

The DMG is unsigned and unnotarized. The App inside is ad-hoc signed with
Hardened Runtime only; macOS may block its first launch. GitHub attestation
proves provenance, not Apple trust or a malware/security review.

Quit every Codex94 copy, drag Codex94.app onto Applications, and open that
installed copy. If blocked and you trust the verified release, follow Apple's
Privacy & Security → Open Anyway
flow. Do not remove quarantine or disable Gatekeeper.

Source installation remains available from annotated v4.1.0. Do not run
copies from /Applications and ~/Applications together; they share local data.
Codex94 has no automatic updater.
