On top of v0.12.1 (0 CVEs, ACL enforcement): forwarder DoS hardening (concurrency caps + idle timeouts), exit nodes no longer expose the host's private LAN (RFC1918 excluded unless explicitly advertised), and dashboard TLS-skip is scoped to the management client + postcss patched.

Rebuilt with Go 1.25.12 and patched dependencies (grpc 1.82.1, golang-jwt/jwt/v5 5.2.2, x/net 0.56.0). govulncheck: 0 affected vulnerabilities (was 29 in the agent). Also enforces ACL policy on netstack subnet-routers / exit nodes (previously bypassed in userspace mode).
