v0.12.1 — security hardening

Rebuilt with Go 1.25.12 and patched dependencies (grpc 1.82.1, golang-jwt/jwt/v5 5.2.2, x/net 0.56.0). govulncheck: 0 affected vulnerabilities (was 29 in the agent). Also enforces ACL policy on netstack subnet-routers / exit nodes (previously bypassed in userspace mode).

Install / upgrade:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DJR-FP/blinex-agent/main/install.sh | sudo bash

Supersedes v0.12.0 (which shipped with an older toolchain). Binaries: linux amd64/arm64/arm, darwin amd64/arm64.
