Migration from DNN Forums 5

This is a VERY OLD SQL script to help you migrate from the old DNN forums module (5.0.3 / https://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/forum-module) to an older version of Active Forums (v5 / https://github.com/ActiveForums/ActiveForums/releases), which was the predecessor to DNN Community Forums. This script is unsupported, has not been updated for newer versions of Active Forums nor DNN Community Forums and is included here ONLY as a reference for anyone who might need it.
