Minor changes:

  1. The network registration timeout has been increased to 90 seconds.
  2. The RTC setting code will use the time from the modem if the modem time is from 10 seconds in the past to any time in the future. Three retries were added to attempting to get a good time from the modem due to delays being observed in the field.
