• Remove support for "Lots" in numbers.xml (it's removed from VVVVVV)
• Accommodate case field in strings.xml (for equivalent English strings needing different translations)
• Workaround a painful MSXML bug where XML attributes starting with ' have that apostrophe removed (just see the comments in export.get_file_xml)
