The "stabilize" button will force the simulation to reach a stable point after a set amount of physical simulation iterations, but the simulation is still enabled and the user can break the stable situation by interacting with the graph or his vertices. It is possible to manually esclude or include some vertex from the simulation. Excluded vertices will stand still and might overlap with the vertex inside the simulation.
