Omalaunch v0.2.0

• Add actionable menu extensions with host-rendered actions, confirmations, input forms, contextual actions, stars, and optional global search.
• Add provider-owned configuration and state storage. Replacement providers do not inherit another provider’s data.
• Migrate favorites from the released shared-favorites store into provider-owned state. The migration is safe, repeatable, and keeps the source data.
• Bundle the URL-only Quicklinks provider with add, edit, delete, copy, browser-profile opening, filtering, global search, and stars.
• Add rankByUsage for bundled Quicklinks. It defaults to enabled and does not apply to replacement providers.
• Do not import data from external or unreleased Quicklinks implementations.
• Require Python 3 for extension loading, provider storage, migrations, Quicklinks, and the file index. Existing bundled features retain their documented dependencies, including qalc, fd, fzf, and jq.
• Omarchy delivers plugin updates from the repository default branch. This tag and release provide an immutable reference and rollback point; they do not control installation.
