Removes monitor standby completely. Presence Guard now waits for five minutes without physical input, checks the camera, and sleeps Windows immediately when no face is detected. Camera errors and input during detection continue to fail safe. Also adds packet-level mouse diagnostics that append every mouse event to mouse_movement_test.log.
