What Does This Do

This pull request resolves an issue with the os_info values where incorrect data was being reported. The values are now aligned with the specifications outlined in the relevant RFC.

Motivation

Ensures that os_info data is accurate and conforms to the expected format, improving the reliability of error reporting.

Additional Notes

Also, fixed some gotchas with reports from JDK 8 that didn't had the time iin the summary section.
