Upgrade JMXFetch to 0.52.1 and its related dependencies. JMXFetch 0.52.1 release notes include:

The upgraded JMXFetch release contains the advertised Java 27 EA parsing fix and the AIX PPC64 DogStatsD/JNR startup fix. Direct execution covered legacy, current, EA, and suffixed Java version strings successfully; the repository Gradle tests could not run because Gradle 9.6.1 was unavailable and the installed fallback requires an unavailable Java 25 toolchain.
