What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Documents the available ways to create RUM operations: with the RUM SDK APIs, directly in Datadog from the operations catalog or Journey Monitoring, and programmatically with the Datadog API. It also documents editing operations, adds relevant cross-links, and aligns journey terminology throughout the page.
