What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Fixes WEB-10017

Adds a hidden hint on the docs homepage directing AI agents to /llms.txt. This mirrors the existing hint pattern used on all other pages (page-agent-hint-block.html), but only links to /llms.txt since the homepage does not have a markdown-twin version like other pages do.

AI assistance

Implemented and verified (dev server + screenshot) with Claude Code.

Additional notes

Homepage now includes a hidden hint directing AI agents to /llms.txt,
matching the pattern already used on other pages via
page-agent-hint-block.html.
