Quality of Life Mod Manager v2.2.1

Download QualityOfLifeModManagerSetup.exe and run it.

The .update.bin file is used by installed copies of the app. It is not an installer.

Fixes the missing Qt DLL popups reported with v2.2.0:

• Removes the bare app executable that people could mistake for the installer.
• Bundles the required Qt, MinGW, graphics, platform, TLS, and image runtime files.
• Checks the extracted runtime before Setup completes. A damaged package now stops with one diagnostic instead of opening repeated Windows error dialogs.
• Rejects release builds with missing DLL imports and tests the completed installer in an isolated directory.
