v0.2.3 — configurable watch defaults

v0.2.3 移除了 watch 脚本里的部署专属默认值，并修正两处规则边界。

• DEFAULT_CONFIG 不再内置 thread、期望 goal、模板键或泛化措辞；thread 必须通过 --thread 或 watch.config.json 提供，缺失时退出码 2 并给出提示。
• 模板键（requiredTemplateKeys）、泛化措辞（genericPatterns）、目标漂移（expectedGoals）检查改为 opt-in；默认只保留通用阈值（stale/idle/stall）。
• 新增 tailBytes（默认 4 MiB）配置；删除未使用的 heartbeatIntervalMs；校验 --thread/--config 缺值。
• 承接 896955d：stall 判定也改用完整 agent message，不再只看 <message>；示例配置改为通用占位。
• 离线套件 89/89（watch 11/11）通过；watch.mjs 无配置运行会以退出码 2 提示缺失 thread。

使用：node scripts/watch.mjs --thread <name> --json，或复制 watch.config.example.json 为 watch.config.json 后编辑。

v0.2.2 — relay watch script

v0.2.2 收录了 relay 监控脚本（由 memory_research 工作区在 a478883 引入），并补齐打包与发布元数据。

• scripts/watch.mjs：确定性的 Codex relay 异常检查，读取 CODEX_HOME 的 rollout heartbeat / goals / automation / liveness，只输出告警；退出码 0=无告警、10=有告警、2=检查失败，--json 供定时任务解析。
• 规则覆盖：heartbeat_missing/stale、thread_idle、automation_inactive、template_missing、generic_receipt、stage_no_evidence、stage_stalled、goal_drift/goal_missing。
• 两层设计：脚本不持有定时器、不会唤醒 DSH；唤醒层由 DSH schedule_create 或任务计划负责。
• 打包修复：files 增加 scripts/** 与 watch.config.example.json，tarball 现在包含监控脚本；新增示例配置，README 补充退出码 2 与默认值说明。
• 插件运行时（index.js/lib）未改动；离线套件 85/85 通过。

使用：npm run watch 或 node scripts/watch.mjs --json；字段见 watch.config.example.json。脚本默认值针对 seori relay，其他部署请复制示例覆盖 thread/expectedGoals。
