Hides the experimental NPC hairstyles section in the Hair tab. It depended on the hairswap UE4SS mod, which isn't reliable yet, and was causing confusion. Everything else is unchanged from 0.1.9 (the save-corruption fix, etc.). Linux + Windows, portable.
