Explicitly disable native window dragging on the floating navigation rectangle. Firefox's native browser-titlebar rule marked the full fixed toolbar area as draggable even when its controls were transparent and pointer events were disabled. This change removes that separate source of Windows click interception above website headers.

Toolbar dimensions, activation strips, the fixed center pill, phased reveal, two-second close grace and smooth Enter collapse are preserved. Empty navigation background no longer acts as a window-drag handle.

Validation: 96 toolbar checks in isolated headless Firefox 158.0; 65 installer assertions on both Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7.6.5. Headless checks cover toolbar behavior and DOM clicks, not Windows non-client hit testing. The reported website symptom needs confirmation in a normal Firefox window after restart.

Download and extract the complete Windows ZIP, close Firefox normally and run Install.cmd. Restart Firefox after updating.
