Wiki Editing Guide

Thank you for your interest in helping edit the super_scary.jar wiki! This wiki is very incomplete and I do not have time to work on it, so the help is very much appreciated! In order to contribute, you will need a GitHub account.

I HEAVILY recommend joining the Discord server and saying your GitHub account in the #wiki-editing channel if you plan to do frequent or large edits. This way we can avoid communication issues. You will also be given a special colored role if you contribute often!

Wiki Editing Rules:

• info should be based on the release version (currently 0.1.5), not the multiplayer snapshot
• use proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc
• be as professional and formal as possible; avoid slang, abbreviations, random jokes or memes, etc (except when adding text or dialogue found in the mod). Even though this is a satire mod, the wiki should be a reliable place to find information
• try to keep the style/formatting consistent (look at existing pages before you edit!)
• if you're going to make major changes to the formatting of existing pages, ask first (you will need to join the Discord server)
• try to make information as accurate as possible. (Tip: if you know how to code, verify the information using the mod's source code!)

Where can I start?

• Complete unfinished pages for the entities! Make sure to look at the pages for Bizarro and Fried Steve for formatting examples.
• Finish pages for the Inventory Bug and Metaphysical Pepper Spray!
• Create pages for the individual random events! Look at the individual pages for the relog events for formatting examples.
