Manually built Desktop Material Windows release from exact commit d3a822d77359.

Version 4.0.120750. Built locally on a developer machine through the repository's own committed scripts — build.bat /s then build-installer.bat /s — rather than by a workflow. Nothing was built around those scripts.

Warning

These installers are unsigned. Windows will show an unknown-publisher / SmartScreen warning. Verified NotSigned for both the setup executable and the MSI. Code signing is permanently out of scope for this project, so no signature is claimed and none should be expected.

Why a manual release exists for this commit

CI already published v4.0.120701 from this same commit. This release is not a replacement for it — it is the local build path exercised end to end, which is the only way that path gets proven before it is genuinely needed. The version sits deliberately between the current CI release and CI's next one, in a slot CI's own version formula cannot produce, so it can never collide with a future run and cannot strand the updater above it.

Both scripts reported EXIT=0. The build bootstrapped its own toolchain — it installed Node.js 24.15.0 from the canonical portable distribution after winget did not carry that exact version, and resolved Visual Studio itself. No manual preparation was required.
