Refresh command palette wiki evidence
Document the Ctrl+Shift+F shortcut and add the notification-centre route captures to the Feature Gallery. The wiki now points readers at the same real Windows evidence as the source docs, while older unrelated wiki drift stays untouched.
記低 Ctrl+Shift+F 快捷鍵，再喺 Feature Gallery 加返通知中心路由嗰兩張真實 capture。wiki 而家同 source docs 指去同一批 Windows 證據；其他舊有差異就由佢繼續自己排隊，唔亂郁。
Sync the wiki with the repository documentation
Brings Feature-Gallery, User-Guide, Home, Developer-Guide and Agent-API
back in line with docs/wiki in the main repository. The largest change is
the command palette, which now covers the whole app, renders a setting's
live control inline, and teleports to the control that owns a feature.
