Unsigned Squirrel.Windows Electron release. Code signing is intentionally disabled; the operating system may show an unknown-publisher warning.
This is the Electron desktop shell build. build-windows.yml still builds the wxPython/PyInstaller app for the 3D viewport, but this workflow is the only one that publishes a GitHub release.
