Clair 0.7.1
0.6.0 and 0.7.0 were tagged but never published, so this is the first release that ships their changes. The 0.6.0 changes are in the full changelog.
Added
- Concierge: each Project has a concierge agent in the activity bar. Chat with it in a GUI chat view; sending a message starts it, and agents it launches show as links to their own panes.
- Language: switch the app between English (default) and Japanese in Settings > General.
- Notification settings: choose whether bells and exits notify you, whether notifications show while Clair is in front and whether they play a sound, and send a test notification.
- Resource meter: hover the status bar to see Clair's CPU and memory with history sparklines and the top processes, labeled with their terminal, project and running command.
- Home screen: a Project opens on a single editor, and a home screen with shortcuts shows when no file or pane is open.
- Terminal links: Cmd-hover underlines links and Cmd-click opens http(s) links in the browser.
- Compare With… in the command palette compares the active file with a picked file, recent files first.
- Open Recent… in the command palette reopens recently opened files.
- Chat history: past chats are grouped by date and project and paged by ten; resume a chat from any registered Project, or copy its resume command.
Changed
- Command palette commands have English names, with the Japanese title shown beside them; search matches either.
- Menu bar titles are in English, and Clair's commands are spread across the File, Edit, View, Go and Pane menus.
- The agent sidebar shows the session title first with repo and branch below, provider avatars for live sessions, and a bell badge while an agent is waiting.
Fixed
- The Git view now updates the branch and ahead/behind after a branch switch or fetch.
- Closed panes no longer leave their shells running, which could make
clair attachfail with a timeout. - Chat history no longer drops rows for projects that appear on several days.
- Leaving the concierge returns the sidebar to the file tree.
