Added

• Reorder Projects by dragging their chip in the titlebar.
• Image files open read-only in an editor tab instead of showing an encoding error.
• The empty editor's home-screen shortcuts run their command on click and highlight on hover; a command that opens a new pane replaces the empty editor.
• ⌘W closes the empty editor when other panes sit beside it, or quits Clair (with the usual confirmation) when it is the only pane.
• History chats fold an agent's progress narration and thinking into collapsed rows, showing only the final reply.
• Clair can report crashes, terminal disconnects and failed updates as GitHub issues through your gh login (Stable builds only, at most once a day).

Fixed

• Switching projects no longer shows the previous project's shell in a terminal pane.
• Dragging a titlebar tab or Project chip no longer moves the window.
• The CPU meter shows Clair's share of all cores (0–100%) instead of summed per-core percentages.
• clair attach survives a slow daemon response instead of disconnecting.
• Update downloads are retried and failures name the HTTP status.
