• Removed useless fast travel F1 keybind and replaced with spawn teleport
• Removed broken compact sanctuary (no Moxxi guns with that)
• Made chests better somehow
• Added ability to travel to all fast travels regardless of mission state
• Disabled Uranus auto-respawn since we have a keybind to respawn enemies
