This release continues the 4.x receiver-backend work and cleans the public release packages.

Highlights

• Improved network-control synchronization between server and desktop clients.
• Added native RTL-SDR runtime packaging for Windows and Android RTL-SDR USB work.
• Added Linux/Raspberry lookup support for local/system librtlsdr.so.
• Updated Android USB/network build metadata to 4.3.0.
• Cleaned Raspberry source packaging so diagnostic proxy/lab tools are not included.
• Updated multilingual UI loading and translations.

Notes

• DMR and video decoding remain experimental.
• Android APK is debug-key signed.
• Windows RTL-SDR native support uses the bundled rtlsdr runtime folder; Fobos keeps its separate root libusb-1.0.dll.
