This is a focused Agile scan visualization hotfix release.

Changed

• Agile scan IQ blocks now carry scan-point metadata from the receiver callback through IqBuffer and FFT processing.
• Scan visual modes now use the scan center that produced the IQ block instead of querying the receiver later from the UI/spectrum update path.
• The scan visual mode selector now sits above the scan controls because it applies to the whole scan visualization, not only Agile scan.

Fixed

• Fixed irregular Agile scan waterfall sector placement caused by stale or unrelated scan indices.
• Skipped Agile tuning-period buffers (scan_index == -1) so transitional IQ is not drawn as a valid scan row.
• Improved Floating/True axis and Pass composite scan visual stability.

Notes

• Android APK is unchanged from 4.3.0 and is not re-uploaded for this desktop/source hotfix.
• DMR and GNSS remain experimental laboratory features.

Validation

• Built Windows Release with MSVC/CMake.
• Deployed to release/bin.
• Packaged Windows x64 and Raspberry/Linux source archives.
• Local Agile scan test at 60-120 MHz, 20 MHz step showed ScanVisualDebug metadata alignment with badRows=0 across 240 diagnostic rows.
