LIET model initial release (v1.0.0)
This is the initial version of the LIET code base that was used for the analysis in both the bioRxiv preprint (v2) as well as the accepted publication at Nucleic Acids Research (DOI yet to be assigned). The corresponding version of the paper can be found at:
