Fixed, and it's back with the rest of what went missing alongside it.

The any state / open / ready / done filter is on the Sky and Epic tabs again. It had
been switched off there deliberately, on the reasoning that state is a catalog concept
rather than a checklist one — which was exactly backwards.

Two more of yours came back in the same change, both originally your asks:

• the cross-class ready list (Have the ready list for sky quests show all ready ones, not just the… #129) — a band at the top of the Sky tab naming every
  reward you're holding all the pieces for, across every class, with the NPC who takes
  it. That's the one question on the page with something to actually do about it.
• the per-class D/R/P counts (Sky quest counters don't add up properly #136) — turned in, ready, started, out of the total.
  Including the total, for the reason you gave the first time: three numbers that don't
  add up look wrong until you can see what they're out of.

Sky rewards are also ordered by what's in reach again — unfinished first, closest to
done leading, handed-in sunk to the bottom.
