v2.2.0 Segmentation logic update

During segmentation user can see other channels if this information is needed to better segmentation or discard cells.

Also if segmentation is modified during clustring interactive step new segmentation is used for quantification (as previously) and also is stored in memory to be saved or used for other detections.
