r3dfox ESR v140.14.0 for Vista+

@the-r3dacted the-r3dacted released this 19 Aug 01:37

I'm pretty burnt out on everything but I was asked for this build and figured basic rebase why not. Except Mozilla removed GDI from ESR 140, and the bugzilla for it is restricted so idk why they did it. Because well GDI is big part of browser, I kept it for this build. They also did weird changes to image context menu items that conflicted with my changes and although I could see the bugzilla for it, I don't understand why they did it.

Outside of that this is mostly just 140.11.0 patches rebased onto 140.14.0. I don't have the will to go through and port the later changes, especially so close to end of ESR 140 period. I did port a few easy things I saw though as I wanted new packager so I didn't need to repackage it.

The portable builds are fully portable, the profile directory is inside the browser folder. It does not touch appdata at all.

Requirements to use the browser on a given OS:
Vista: Service Pack 2 + KB971644 Platform Update
7 RTM/SP0 and later: Should just work.

Notable bugs:
The 32 bit build is built with --disable-sandbox. With the sandbox enabled under Vista, the browser fails to open multiple processes which breaks the browser. The 64 bit build is fine. Considering Mypal68 globally disables the sandbox, I don't think it's that bad. If this really is a big issue then please pr a fix.

Cairo/GDI backend ignores system cleartype settings and causes crashes on older versions of Windows and crashes without e10s.

New r3dfox specific changes in this build:
Added anubis bypasses to ESR 140
Packager changes so I don't need to repackage
Undid some weird Mozilla changes idk.

Haven't tested on XP (OCAPI) nor have I extensively stability tested.

Please let me know what bugs or issues you encounter with it.
