Scope decision

Current product scope is desktop Web at 1024px and above. There is no mobile client in the current product. The former 390x844 slice #57 was canceled as not planned and is not an acceptance gate for this issue.

Delivered scope

• Frontend pages are separated at actual business route boundaries while domain rules remain centralized on the server.
• Stable URLs, titles, refresh/history restoration, explicit 403 states, and durable loading/success/error/conflict feedback are implemented.
• Authenticated goal confirmation replaces handwritten-signature or window.prompt interaction.
• Dialog focus management, keyboard operation, text equivalents, and desktop accessibility checks are covered.
• 1280px full flows and 1024px core flows are verified with real API and isolated PostgreSQL.

Acceptance criteria

• Clear page/service/policy boundaries without moving domain rules into the frontend.
• Stable routes, recoverable filters, explicit states, and accessible dialogs.
• Authenticated goal confirmation without handwritten signatures.
• WCAG 2.2 A/AA critical/serious known automated violations are zero for covered desktop flows.
• Desktop core workflows pass at 1024px and 1280px.

Evidence

Child issues #51 and #54-#56 are closed. PR #93 completed the final page-module boundary. Local full verification, Spec/Standards reviews, PR CI run 33545198183, and post-merge main run 33545711703 passed.

Desktop engineering scope is complete on main: stable routes, explicit 403, page modules (#54/#93), keyboard/focus behavior, 1280px full flows, 1024px core flows, and automated accessibility checks. This parent remains open as ready-for-human because mobile #57 was explicitly deferred and is still unaccepted.

Final scope acceptance: the product owner canceled mobile #57 because the current product has no mobile client. The desktop-only acceptance contract is fully proven by the closed child slices, PR #93, local full verification, clean Spec/Standards reviews, and successful PR/main CI. Closing the parent as completed within the approved current product scope.
