• 除语义数据表外页面无横向溢出；表格保持可滚动和可理解。
• 退出、筛选和主要动作不被隐藏。
• 触控目标、焦点和文本缩放满足既定无障碍目标。

User decision: mobile work is deferred for this wave. Desktop Web acceptance is complete; this issue remains open as ready-for-human until the 390x844 scope is explicitly resumed and accepted.

Product scope update: the current product has no mobile client. The previous deferral is superseded; this 390x844 mobile slice is canceled and is not a completion gate for #14 or the current P1 release. Any future mobile product would require a new explicit scope and acceptance plan.
