Initial Upload of Files for V12 Build

Includes all listed functionality in the wiki including image pins, galleries, journal links, documents, and grid tab for references. Version 12 is the starting build. With the changes to AppV2 and such, I wanted to make this build for the games I am running, but future builds will support 13+ also.
